Back to School



Jason and Trina go back to school today - as teachers. Both of us are part-time lecturers for the Information Technology Program at the University of Southern California.

Jason is teaching ITP 485 Programming Game Engines to teach future game programmers the techniques for building the core components of a game engine including 2-D/3-D graphics, collision detection, artificial intelligence algorithms, shading, and programming input devices. His lectures and labs are on Monday and Wednesday nights from 7-9pm.

Trina is teaching ITP 104 Internet Publishing Technologies which involves basic Internet publishing using HTML and other Web technologies. This class runs on Monday nights from 5 - 6:30pm. She is also teaching ITP 109 Introduction to Java Programming which includes teaching the basics of programming in Java and object-oriented programming. This class runs on Tuesday nights from 5 - 6:30pm.

Quinny Sings the Pirate Song

Quinn loves to sing the Yo Ho (A Pirate's Life for Me) song. Evan taught him that pirates say, "Aargh," so Quinn says "aargha" for pirate. Enjoy!
